Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Consented Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered August 3, 2015 in the action entitled Federal National Mortgage Association v. Orville Deutchman and RBC Mortgage Company, et al., by the Maine District Court, Biddeford, Docket No. BIDDC-RE-12-85, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Orville Deutchman to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for RBC Mortgage Company, its successors and assigns dated April 28, 2003 and recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds in Book 12833, Page 31, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, commencing at 11:15AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.
The property is located at 119 Quail Trail Road, Buxton, Maine. The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shapiro & Morley, LLC, which deposit is nonrefundable as to the highest bidder.
