
The 2018 Acton Fair starts at 9:00 am Thursday, August 23, 2018 and concludes the following Sunday, August 26, 2018, at 6:00 pm. Admissions is $8.00 per adult while children under 12 are free. Parking on the fairgrounds is $4.00 per day, however, the program available from Buxton News contains a $2.00 coupon. New this year are helicopter rides and a sky dive.
Continuing on its success from last year is agricultural education in the Farmer’s Little Helper children’s barn yard. The Farmer’s Little Helper will be open on Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Friday 4:00 pm 8:00 pm, Saturday from noon to 8:00 pm, and Sunday from noon to 6:00 pm.
